Fluffers

Built to strong to last long

•  The KWS Single and Double Fluffers are designed and manufactured to receive paper and paper product materials. The Fluffer may also be utilized as a perforator on recyclable plastic containers. The Fluffer box is fabricated from structural steel shapes and heavy steel plates. Fluffer dimensions are custom fit to opening size specified by customer’s baler. All drive components are assembled, testedguarded, and shipped as an integral part of the Fluffer, unless otherwise specified.

Cart Dumper (Mill Duty)

The most heavy-duty dumpers on the market

•  KWS Cart Dumpers provide the most heavy-duty dumpers on the market. They are constructed with 1/4” wall tubing, as well as angle and channel structural members. Hydraulic plumbing is included and optional electrical controls are available. All models can be custom built to fit your cart, crate, pallet, etc. Manufacturing to accommodate more than “One Size” is also available.
